Production Layout (Auburn, WA).
The ideal Production Layout candidate is a successful team player who is motivated to help build our business. This position will support our manufacturing team located in Auburn, WA.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a team at the direction of the Production Manager to complete projects on time.
  • Must be capable of reading, interpreting, and understanding, shop drawings and blueprints.
  • Create full size layouts and part files for our CNC and Laser cutter.
  • Understand the capabilities of the manufacturing equipment and workflow.
  • Work with production staff and design department to troubleshoot challenging builds.
  • Work in various other departments as dictated by the manufacturing schedule.
  • Must have a positive attitude.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
  • Intermediate or better Adobe Illustrator skills.
  • Knowledge of common signage materials and properties.
  • Knowledge of digital printing and pre-press a plus.
  • Ability to thoroughly communicate and receive verbal direction.
  • Highly organized, reliable, punctual, attention to fine detail and eye for quality.
  • Previous signage construction experience or similar required.
Project Manager (Bellevue, WA).
The ideal Project Manager is a successful team player who is motivated to help build our business. This position will support our project team located in Bellevue, WA.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing projects that include the repair, service, fabrication and installation of signage
  • Issuing project orders to our fabrication plant
  • Following up to ensure services and installations are completed
  • Ensuring jobs are properly billed by the accounting department
  • Assisting the project team by obtaining surveys and code checks
  • Issuing project orders to obtain permits for new sign installations
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
  • 3+ years’ project management experience in sign, construction or similar industry required
  • Experience managing high profile and/or national accounts required
  • Professional Project Management Certification preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Project management software experience strongly preferred
  • Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and abilities to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively with varying personalities at all levels within the organization
Installation and Service Technicians (Seattle, WA & Milwaukie, OR).
The Installer/Service Technician will be responsible for assisting with all phases of installation and maintenance of both interior and exterior electric and non-illuminated signage.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the survey of job sites as necessary
  • Respond to installation and service requests in our Oregon market
  • Assist with installation of new signs for clients
  • Assist with service requests for new and existing clients
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
  • 3+ years’ journeyman installation experience required
  • Job site surveying experience required
  • Job estimating experience preferred
  • Prior sign experience strongly preferred
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Strong verbal and written skills required
  • Highly organized, reliable and punctual
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight timelines
  • Ability to work effectively with varying personalities at all levels within the organization
